On days following a launch or a major restock, delivery times may increase to 2–4 working days. This will be clearly indicated in the banner on our website.

All orders placed Monday to Friday before 16:00 (4:00 PM) are shipped the same working day. Delivery time is then 1–2 working days for the Netherlands and Belgium.

EU deliveries (France, Germany, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark):
Delivery time: 2–4 working days. 

Non-EU deliveries (United Kingdom) estimated delivery between 1 – 5 business days. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.

If your order is unexpectedly delayed during processing, we will inform you as soon as possible.
