Return conditions

Return Conditions

If you wish to return an item or an order to us, you must comply with certain conditions. Your item or order must meet these conditions in order to be eligible for return and to be accepted. You can find our conditions below:

  • Items must be registered in our return portal within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • It is important that you always register your return via our return portal. If this is not possible for any reason, please contact our customer service.
  • Never send the parcel to the return address on your own initiative.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in completely new condition.
  • Items must include all original tags that were attached at the time of delivery.
  • Items must show no odours, stains or signs of use.
  • Items should be neatly folded (i.e. they should arrive crease-free).
  • The return shipment is at your own expense. An overview of the costs can be found at the bottom of this page.
    PLEASE NOTE: If the refund method is a store credit/voucher, no return shipping costs will be charged.
  • Make sure that no other shipping labels are attached to the parcel. If another shipping label is present, your parcel may be delivered back to you or to the wrong address.
  • To avoid unnecessary returns and to make customers aware of the impact of returns, an additional fee of €0.50 per item will be charged if 5 or more items are returned.
  • If the return does not meet the above conditions, it cannot be accepted or processed. If an item or order cannot be processed, a reduction in value may be applied.
  • To process a return correctly, all items must be physically present and must meet the return conditions. Mauré is not responsible for items or parcels that do not arrive or arrive (partially) lost.
  • Returns are processed within 14 days of receipt of the goods. We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. Has your return arrived more than 14 days ago? Please send an email to info@maurestore.com and we will be happy to help you.
  • If a normal refund has been requested, the amount will be visible on the account used for payment within 1 to 3 working days after processing (within 14 days after the parcel arrives).
  • If a store credit has been requested as the refund method, this will be sent to the email address used for the order within 14 days after receipt of the return. If you have not received it, please email info@maurestore.com.

·         For UK orders, any import VAT, customs duties or handling fees are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer, even in case of return.

·         If a parcel is refused, not collected, or returned due to unpaid customs charges, all resulting costs will be deducted from the refund.
