Would you like to be the first to see a restock/launch of a new product? Then you can leave your e-mail address under the item you would like to get your hands on. You can do this in the 'keep me posted' button. As soon as the item comes in stock you will receive an e-mail.
Note: the items at Mauré are in high demand so it is best to subscribe to our newsletter as well. We usually send out announcements a few days before a restock.
We can be reached during the week via Instagram (@maurestore) for size advice and restock updates and via the klangenservice mail (info@maurestore.com) for questions about orders, returns, complaints & more (excluding holidays).
We do our utmost to answer your email / message within 1-3 working days and to provide you with a nice service.
All orders ordered before 16:00 on weekdays will be shipped the same working day! As soon as you have placed the order you will receive a track &trace link. Often the shipment takes 1 working day so it is delivered the next day. It is of course possible that there is a small delay at the shipping company.
In the Netherlands we use a standard rate for orders up to €50,-. This rate is €4,95.
In Belgium we use a standard rate for oders up to €50,-. This rate is €6.95.
From €50,- we offer FREE shipping in the Netherlands
From €70,- we offer free shipping in Belgium

Normally you will also receive an email with the order confirmation within 10 minutes. Always check that your e-mail address is entered correctly.

Once you have completed the order, it can unfortunately not be cancelled. This has to do with the fast processing within our distribution center. As soon as your order has been placed, it will be packed &shipped immediately. Therefore, always check well in advance whether all data is correct.
