Return conditions
When you want to return an item or order from us, you have to deal with conditions. Your item or order must meet these conditions to be eligible/accepted for return. You can find our conditions here:
Items must be registered in our returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order. Link to our returns portal:
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in complete new condition.
Items must contain all original tags that were present upon delivery.
Items should not have any odours, stains or wear marks.
Items should be neatly folded (i.e. items should arrive to us wrinkle-free).
Return of items is at your own expense. You will find an overview of the costs at the bottom of this page! PLEASE NOTE: If the refund method is a voucher, the return costs are waived.
Make sure no other shipping labels are present on the parcel. If another shipping label is present on the package, it is possible that your package will be delivered back to your home or to the wrong place.
If the return does not comply with the above, it may not be delivered or processed by us. If an item or order cannot be processed, depreciation may be applied.
To properly process a return, all items must be physically present and meet the return conditions. Mauré is not responsible for non-arrived or (partially) lost items/packages.
Returns are processed within 14 days of arrival. We make every effort to process returns as quickly as possible. Has your return arrived to us more than 14 days ago? Then please send an email to info@maurestore.com - and we will be happy to help you!
When a normal refund has been requested, the amount will be visible on the account where the order was paid for within 1 to 3 working days after processing (within 14 days after arrival of the package).
When a credit note has been requested as a method of refund, it will be sent within 14 days after the return arrives to the e-mail provided with the order. Didn't receive it? Then send an email to info@maurestore.com - we will be happy to help you!
