About our privacy policy
Mauré cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and we handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.
This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services provided by Mauré. The effective date for the validity of these conditions is 02/12/2021, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires. About the data processing
Below you can read how we process your data, where we store it (or have it stored), which security techniques we use and for whom the data is transparent.
Our web store is developed with Shopify software. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of our services will be shared with this party. Shopify has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Shopify is obliged to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement we have concluded with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Shopify is a certified credit card data processor. Shopify uses cookies to collect technical information related to your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored. Shopify reserves the right to share collected data within its own group in order to further improve the service. Shopify takes into account the applicable legal retention periods for (personal) data. The EU/US Privacy Shield applies, your data may be processed in the United States.
We purchase web hosting and email services from MijnDomain. MyDomain processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. MyDomain has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. MyDomain is obliged to observe secrecy on the basis of the agreement.
Email and mailing lists
Klarna
We use the Klarna platform to handle (part of) the payments in our webshop. Klarna processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Klarna has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Klarna reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymized) data with third parties in this context. Klarna shares personal data and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies in the event of a deferred payment application (credit facility). All the above-mentioned guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Klarna's services for which they engage third parties. Klarna does not store your data for longer than is permitted by law.
Shipping and logistics
MyParceland/or Sendcloud
When you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of MyParceland/or Sendcloud for making the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we provide your name, address and residence details with MyParcel .and/or Sendcloud parts. MyParceland/or Sendcloud only uses this data for the purpose of executing the agreement. In case MyParceland/or Sendcloud engages subcontractors, says MyParceland/or Sendcloudyour data also available to these parties.

We only use your data for the purpose of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order you provide. Back in stock knop
The functionality of the back in stock button is performed by a third party (SealApps). They save your e-mail address and name, so that they can send you an e-mail as soon as the products where you have entered your e-mail address are back in stock. Fera reviews
We collect product reviews via the Fera app within shopify. 6 days after the order, you will receive an email asking if you want to write a review about our product. No further information is stored.
