Additional information

  • After a launch or large restock, delivery time may increase to 2–4 working days. This will be announced in the banner on the website.

  • All orders placed from Monday to Friday before 16:00 will be shipped the same working day. Delivery time is 1–2 working days (NL & BE).

  • EU (France, Germany, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark): 2–4 working days.

  • If your order is unexpectedly delayed during processing, we will inform you as soon as possible.

  • Please note: no orders are packed or shipped during the weekend. Orders placed after Friday 16:00 will be shipped on Monday.

  • Keep in mind that during promotions and holidays such as Black Friday, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, etc., shipping companies may be busier than usual. Delivery may therefore take a little longer.


How to order a product?

  1. Add an item to your shopping cart.

  2. Click on ‘Checkout’.

  3. Choose a shipping option. Sometimes a method is selected automatically depending on the size of the package.

  4. Enter the correct address including the house number.

  5. Choose the desired payment method.

  6. Accept the terms and conditions and click on ‘Pay’ to complete your order.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, this is no longer possible once the order has been placed.


How do I know where my package is?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with updates. Once we have registered and shipped your order, you will receive a track & trace code via email with a link to the tracking page of PostNL or DHL.
You can also follow your order (once shipped) via our live chat, which can be found on the homepage at the bottom right of the screen.


The payment was cancelled or not accepted, what now?

No worries! The order will be automatically cancelled. If the payment did not go through, no money will be withdrawn from your account.
