Shipping & Delivery Time

- In the Netherlands: FREE shipping from a spend of €50.00.
Up to €50.00 the shipping costs are €4.95

- For Belgium a normal rate of €6.95 applies and you have free shipping from €70.00

- For orders in France, the shipping costs are €14.95 and you have free shipping from €150.00

- For orders in Germany the shipping costs are €9.95 and you have free shipping shipping from €70.00

- For orders in Austria the shipping costs are €13.95 and you have free shipping from €100.00

- For orders in Denmark the shipping costs are €13.95 (kr 104.06 DKK) and you have free shipping from €100 (kr 745.96 DKK)

- For orders in Sweden the shipping costs are €18.97 (kr 218.50 SEK) and you have free shipping from €200 (kr 2,284.97 SEK)



-All orders ordered from Monday to Friday before 16:00PM will be shipped in the same working day. The delivery time is 1-2 working days.

- EU (France, Germany, Austria Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark): 2-4 working days

- Is your order prevented from processing during the order? Then we will let this know as soon as possible!

- Please note: no orders will be packed & shipped on weekends! Everything ordered from Friday 16:00PM will be shipped Monday.

Please note that during actions & holidays such as: Blackfriday, Valentine
Day, Christmas, etc. Is busier with the shipping companies than usual. It may then take your order a little longer to be with you.


How can you order a product/products?

1. Add an item to your cart

2. Then click on 'Checkout'

3. Choose a shipping option. Sometimes a shipping method is automatically selected based on the size of the package.

4. Choose the desired payment method.

5. Check the terms and conditions and click on pay to complete your order.

6. Have you chosen Klarna as a payment method? Then check your email carefully and whether your Klarna account or the order has been completed correctly.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, this is no longer possible once the order has been placed. .

How do I know where my package is?
Once you have placed the order you will receive a confirmation email. Here you will receive updates about your order. We register the order and it is then shipped. You also receive a track & trace code via email with a link to the tracking page of PostNL or DHL with which you can track your package!

The payment has been canceled or not accepted, what now?
No worries! The order is canceled automatically. If the payment is not successful, no money will be deducted from your bank account. If you still have doubts, you can always send a question with the order number and the problem. For that, fill the Contact form In.
